The windblown look of the palm tree fronds painted with bright colors and bold palette knife strokes makes this painting look very dynamic and alive! The mosiac strokes of thick oil paint, of vivid colors, laid down with a palette knife makes this art piece look vibrant and wet even when it's dry.
